Mr Jenkins provided further information that he had taken the Prohibited Substance to aid with weight loss. In light of his early admission to the ADRVs, and acceptance of the applicable consequences, under ADR Article 10.8.1 Mr Jenkins was eligible for a one (1) year reduction to the applicable four (4) year period of Ineligibility. As such, he has been banned from sport for three (3) years in total.
