Welcome to UKAD's clean sport education for Paris 2024. 100% moi is the French translation of 100% me, UKAD's values-based education.
Clean Games education is a compulsory part of an athlete and their support team's preparation for a Major Games. Use this page to learn more about the UK's Clean Games Policy and your responsibilities in clean sport.
Squeaky is UKAD's Clean Sport Education Mascot. Squeaky is a symbol of clean sport integrity at every Major Games and a reminder to all Team GB and ParalympicsGB athletes to be #SqueakyClean.
100% me is UKAD's values-based education, helping athletes understand strict liability, and take responsibility for being "100% me".

Take responsibility for your supplements and make sure that what you put in your body is 100% safe. You don’t want to risk a ban from sport due to potential contamination.
Be organised with your medications, make a list and check their anti-doping status before use.
Stay organised and update your whereabouts. Be where you say you are.
Doping is cheating, so if you suspect someone is doping, speak up and report it to UKAD via Protect Your Sport.
