Clean Sport Week 2020

Staying Clean
in Quarantine

Clean Sport Week logoLockdown doesn't mean anti-doping stops - in fact it means quite the opposite. Now is the perfect time for athletes and coaches to keep their knowledge on clean sport up-to-date and support each other.

Clean Sport Week runs from the 18 - 24 May this year. Despite the current adversity and uncertainty around when sport will return to normal, athletes, coaches, support staff and NGBs all remain committed to clean sport. Get involved throughout the week and show us how you are staying #CleanInQuarantine

As part of UKAD’s Clean in Quarantine campaign, we held a free-to-attend webinar, where elite athletes and coaches discussed their roles in clean sport and how they are adapting to lockdown.

Do coaches discuss anti-doping enough with their athletes? Do they have the knowledge they need, and do they feel comfortable speaking to athletes? What more could be done to support coaches? A summary article from the event will be published soon, so stay tuned... #CleanInQuarantine
