Job Description

 Job purpose

• To identify and implement cost effective cross-organisational process improvements, co-ordinating business-wide projects to maximise efficient use of existing systems 

• To work with both IT and systems end-users, professionally implementing and communicating innovative solutions to help drive continual improvement which meets the ongoing needs of the organisation

• To ensure organisation-wide collaboration is effectively supported via appropriate use and sufficient knowledge of systems available, providing training and support where appropriate

Person specification

Qualifications/experience/knowledge

• Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent 
• Have a proven track record in the use, management, implementation and integration of data-base and IT systems, in particular SharePoint
• Have a proven track record in using and understanding IT systems to maximise business efficiency
• Demonstrable project management experience 
• Experience of having interpreted and reported on a range of policy and management information to meet the needs of a variety of audiences.
• Proven ability of understanding systems and translating data specific requirements into practical solutions
• A knowledge of Information Security Standard ISO27001 would be desirable
• Understanding of working within a quality management system an advantage

Skills

• Articulate communicator with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work methodically, balancing diverse work to tight deadlines under pressure
• Demonstrable ability to use own initiative
