By merely changing a few daily habits, you can reassure yourself that you won't forget to submit your information and be in the correct location at your specified time. Planning ahead will give you the peace of mind that is essential for you to concentrate on your training routine.
This video talks through some top tips for athletes including:
- keep the one-hour slot consistent
- use an alarm as a reminder to be at your specified location in time/as a reminder to update your whereabouts information
- programme important telephone numbers into your phone
- print off your whereabouts calendar
- submit whereabouts ahead of the deadline
- talk to the friendly staff at UK Anti-Doping
- talk to family and friends to ensure they are aware of your anti-doping obligations.
