Athletes under a specified Period of Ineligibility remain subject to Testing by UK Anti-Doping. This is termed Reinstatement Testing.
If you are an athlete who has received a request to provide whereabouts information from UK Anti-Doping for the purposes of reinstatement testing, you should download and complete the form below and return to as a matter of priority to athlete@ukad.org.uk
